Refund & Cancellation Policy – 24K Naturals​

At 24K Naturals, every product is handmade in small batches with care. Since our items are personal care products, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy to maintain hygiene and fairness.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at 24knaturals.connect@gmail.com with your order details.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

  • Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

3. Refunds

  • We offer refunds only in the following situations:

  • You receive a wrong product by mistake.

  • Your order arrives in a damaged or unusable condition (with proof provided).

     Steps for refund request:

  • Email us at 24knaturals.connect@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Attach photos and videos of the product and unpackaging.

  • Once approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (via Razorpay / CashFree/ Bank Transfer) and may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Allergic reactions or personal dislike of fragrance/texture (since these vary by skin type and personal preference)

  • Delays caused by courier companies after dispatch
