At 24K Naturals, every product is handmade in small batches with care. Since our items are personal care products, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy to maintain hygiene and fairness.
1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
3. Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following situations:

You receive a wrong product by mistake.

Your order arrives in a damaged or unusable condition (with proof provided).
Steps for refund request:

Attach photos and videos of the product and unpackaging.

Once approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement.

Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (via Razorpay / CashFree/ Bank Transfer) and may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

Change of mind after purchase

Allergic reactions or personal dislike of fragrance/texture (since these vary by skin type and personal preference)

Delays caused by courier companies after dispatch
