Terms & Conditions – 24K Naturals

Welcome to 24K Naturals (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order on our website or directly with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Products

  • All our products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. We do not hold formal certifications at present, but we assure you that no harmful chemicals are added in any stage of preparation. Our products are made with the same care and quality as we use for ourselves.

  • As they are not made in a commercial factory, slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur — this is natural and not a defect.

  • Our products are for external use only unless otherwise specified.

 

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Payments are accepted via Razorpay / PayU/ CashFree or bank transfer.

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Orders are dispatched through India Post / courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location. While we try to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.

 

4. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • As our products are handmade and personal care in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • If your order is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with video proof of unpacking or photos of damaged products, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are processed.

 

5. Liability

  • Our products are made with natural ingredients, but every skin type is unique. We recommend a patch test before full use.

  • 24K Naturals is not responsible for any individual reactions, allergies, or side effects that may occur. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have sensitive skin or existing conditions.

  • We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier partners once the product is shipped.

  • Please note: Our products are handmade without harmful chemicals. However, as every skin type is unique, we recommend a patch test before full use. Since we are not yet a certified manufacturing unit, customers are advised to use the products at their discretion. 24K Naturals shall not be held liable for individual allergic reactions.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, are the property of 24K Naturals and may not be copied or used without permission.

 

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

8. Collaborator Details & Data Security

To participate in the 24K Naturals Creator Program, collaborators are required to provide accurate personal and payment information, including:

  • Full Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Email Address (must match your login email)

  • Contact Number

  • Complete Address

  • Bank Account Number

  • IFSC Code

  • Preferred Payment Method (UPI or Bank Transfer)

  • Instagram Handle or Platform Info (if applicable)

This information helps us ensure smooth communication, timely payouts, and accurate referral tracking.

Data Security & Privacy:
We take your privacy seriously. All collaborator details, especially bank and payment information, are:

  • Stored securely

  • Used only for payout and communication purposes

  • Never shared with third parties without explicit consent

Your bank details are kept secure and private.

By submitting your details, you agree to allow 24K Naturals to use this information solely for program-related purposes.
