At 24K Naturals, every order is handmade, packed with care, and shipped manually. We do our best to ensure your products reach you quickly and safely.

As our products are handmade in small batches, please allow 2–4 working days for us to prepare and dispatch your order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We ship through India Post and other reliable courier partners.

Tracking details (if available) will be shared once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier/postal service.

Generally, orders are delivered within 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Remote or rural areas may take longer.

Note: Delivery delays caused by courier companies, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.
